this is to be installed on your Microsoft web server (see system requirements)
When you click the link, it asks if you want to Run it or save it (depending on what version of Windows you have,
the choice may be Open it or save it). Select to SAVE. When downloaded, click OK or RUN to start the installation
Click the Download icon for the latest update setup file (you may have to add this as a trusted site)
If this is a new installation, then you need to
request by email a starter database.
